Affiliate Program is an effective marketing strategy. OpenStore Shopping Cart Affiliate Program is based on pay-per-sale arrangements between a store and their approved affiliates, in which the store pays affiliate Web sites a commission for sending them traffic to generate sales.
OpenStore owner pays the affiliates only when the customers they sent have done the purchases on the store website. The affiliates will not receive the commissions until the orders are set to Complete. The affiliate commission rate is set by the OpenStore owners.
For example, if a customer sent by an affiliate buys $100 products (not including the delivery charge) from the store, and you have specified 5% of the sales as the affiliate commission, the affiliate will receive $5 commission. IntelliWorks Platform will then charge 20% of the affiliate commission which is $1.
Affiliate Program is switched off when your store is first created. You can turn it on or off at any time. For more information, please download the User Guide.
